Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you ill still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.
Shipping
All items are shipped by IL postal service. After payment is clear, your Mantor product will be manufactured and expedited within 2 to 14 days, unless stated otherwise in the shop page. You will receive a tracking nr by mail once the package is ready to be expedited.
Priority Shipping: The Mantor’s recommended shipping method. You get a tracking Nr and can track your item anytime. This service is available only to a selected countries. Content is insured and in the case of a lost package, a new package will be sent ASAP. Delivery time door to door changes from country to country and is as follows: USA: expect the items to arrive within 14 days. Canada: 21 days Europe and the UK: Entry to the destination country within a week, then it depends how quickly your customs service operates. Please make sure to track your item with your national postal service. Australia & New Zealand: 28 days Asia: 21 days.
Economy Shipping: Normal delivery time is up to 28 business days, content is non-insured. In the case of a lost package no new items will be sent. You can still contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Your Mantor Product is packed in a sealed nylon, very discreet. There’s no mentioning of the product’s purpose. Registered Air Mail: Available for all the other countries who don’t have the option for a priority shipping. Arrival time is between 2-5 weeks. Tracking is availabe with our postal service until it arrives to the destination country, from there tracking is with your National postal service. All items benefit from the Mantor’s insurance protection – In case of a lost item we will send you a new package. Your confidence and peace of mind are important for us.
Returns and Exchange
You may return your items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In case you had to pay custom taxes or any other related payment in order to receive your item, these are not included in the refund. You will get a refund only for the payment we have received from you. If you would like to make a return you must contact us by email and submit a request. Return shipping fee will be payed by the customer. Once we receive the package and verify that all items were returned we will refund the full amount.
This return policy is valid only for cases when the customer can’t or is not interested in using the Mantor Restorer device. It is NOT valid for the exchange of parts from the Mantor device. For example, if one has chosen the wrong pusher size, then he can’t return the device and get a new one with the correct size.
If you receive a damaged item, the damaged product will be replaced, on inspection and validation from us after determining whether the product constitutes a damaged product.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Returned more then 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification.
Order Cancellation: Canceling your order is possible as long as it hasn’t been shipped. You will get a full refund.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates free from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or use of our Website or Services.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
