Payments
You represent and warrant that for any purchase made through FasT-Tape:
Accuracy: Any credit or payment information you supply is true and complete.
Authorization: Charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company.
Obligation: You will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including all applicable sales taxes.
Dishonored Payments: If your initial payment method is dishonored, you remain responsible for the incurred charges, including any surcharges or merchant fees we may incur as a result.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped via USPS or other major domestic carriers.
Processing Time: After payment is cleared, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Discretion: Your privacy is our priority. All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the product’s purpose or the brand’s specific niche on the exterior.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Reliable delivery via USPS Ground Advantage. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 days). Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we must maintain strict return guidelines:
Return Window: You may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Hygiene Policy: For your safety and the safety of others, we cannot accept returns on any tape or topper products that have been opened, handled, or used.
Damaged Items: If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours. Upon validation, we will ship a replacement immediately.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FasT-Tape and our affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website and products.
