Foreskin restoration doesn’t have to be a hurdle in your daily routine—a clunky ritual that reminds you of what’s missing every time you look in the mirror. For me, it’s become as routine as brushing my teeth or checking my morning emails. By the time I’ve finished my first cup of coffee, my setup is on, dialed in, and completely invisible under my clothes. T-taping is a method that integrates so seamlessly into your day that you actually forget it’s there. Here is exactly how I manage my routine, from the travel kit in my bag to the skincare I use between applications.
A Quick Note: While I’m passionate about sharing what works for me, I am not a doctor. This guide reflects my personal journey and should not be taken as professional medical advice. Use of any FasT-Tape products is at the users own discretion. Please listen to your body and consult a professional for any health-related questions.
Prepping T-Tapes
Usually the night before, I prep about a weeks or two worth. It only takes me about 10 minutes thanks to using FasT-Tape. Folding them comes pretty natural now after t-taping for the past year. Check out my folding tutorial here if you haven’t already. I just stack them up and slot them into my nifty travel kit.
Travel Kit

It’s nothing fancy, just a Nintendo 2DS case I repurposed to carrying my kit on the go. In my kit I have:
- A weeks worth or more of T-Tapes
- *Medical Adhesive remover wipes – For if I ever have to remove the t-tape in a jiffy.
- The T-Tape Topper & Tugger Strap – If I don’t already have it on.
- T-Tape Wet Guard – For when I need to shower and protect my T-Tape.
- Extra rubberbands – In case one from the topper snaps.
The travel kit comes with me If I plan on going to the gym and showering there, or when I plan on traveling. It’s also great at home, all my go to supplies ready on hand and organized when needed.
Prep Before Applying T-Tape
Usually I put on a T-Tape after a shower and some prep. I shave any pubes on my penis shaft, so the tape isn’t pulling any hairs. I dry my penis with a towel and make sure the skin is dry and not oily. Then I apply the T-Tape. Application guide here.
Underwear Choice
I recommend wearing comfortable and loose boxers with a fly. Reason being is if you plan on tugging with your penis out the fly, having the boxers loose and comfortable ensures that the base of your penis doesn’t get sore from rubbing against the sides of the fly.
My T-Tape Topper & Tugger Setup
My go to tugging method is to wrap the tugger around my waist and clip onto the waistband of my boxers. Every morning I alternate which side I tug. Some people do it every time they use the restroom. It’s discreet under clothes, easy to reach the buckle if I need to loosen or tighten tension, and I can even sleep comfortably with this setup (with slightly looser tension). Remember that you should only use as much tension to the point where you can barely feel it and there’s no pain or discomfort.

Outfit
When going to the gym, I have on loose gym shorts. At work in the office I have khaki’s on. As long as your not wearing very tight clothing, you should be able to tug stealthily. I’m able to discreetly wear my topper without it printing too much. Though for others wearing bigger sized topper’s, you might have to tug down the leg or up over the shoulder to hide the bulge of the ring.

Gym
I tug when I’m doing upper body exercises, and will put on a wet guard when doing lower body exercises or cardio. It’s up to personal preferences and how much tension you are using. Be aware that excess sweat can deteriorate the tape adhesive.
Shower
Before a shower, I remove the topper and put on my wet guard. I make sure to have a full erection when placing the wet guard so it’s easier to pull it over the t-tape. Then I remove any pubes that get under it so no water slips in. After the shower I’ll dry off the wet guard and pubic area before removing.
Peeing
It’s best to pee sitting down when possible. I’ll loosen the tugger strap and unscrew the topper lid. I’ll push my penis slightly through the topper base and do my business. Make sure you do not put your whole penis through the topper, incase it gets entrapped. Hard to do but not impossible. After peeing, I like to take a small wad of toilet paper and place it into the tape, that way it soaks up any urine droplets that leak out. Urine can get into the adhesive and deteriorate it.

Sex
One of the biggest cons of t-taping is sex. Thankfully my wife supports my endeavors. We schedule around my tape cycles, but if the need arises, I can remove the tape using one of the methods in the Removing T-Tape section.
Tugging in Public
Be aware when tugging and going out. If places have metal detectors or TSA, try not to have on your setup because the tugger strap might set them off. Unless you want to have some awkward conversations, I recommend to leave your setup in a kit or at home. Also when out drinking, you might be a bit inebriated to remove the topper. Just a friendly tip, don’t ask how I know.
Removing T-Tape
T-Tape will come off naturally after about 3-4 days from the adhesive dissipating. But it can be removed anytime using the methods below.
Take care when removing to prevent any skin tears. After applying one of the methods below, slowly peel off the tape.
- Taking a shower/Bath – While showering/bathing with the T-Tape on (without using the wet guard), massage the base tape with some soapy water.
- Isopropyl Alcohol – Apply to adhesive area at the base of the t-tape. Use a small amount and gently massage into base area. Alcohol can be substituted with body oil.
- Medical Adhesive Remover Wipes – Medical wipes can be used to remove the tape if you’re in a hurry.
Skin Care
After removing the tape, I dry off the area and apply coconut oil or body lotion to moisturize my penis. Do note that some mild swelling may occur after 3 days or more of wearing the tape due to skin occlusion or minor irritation. This typically subsides within 24 hours of removal. If blisters or sores appear, consult a physician. If you find that there is intense itching or micro skin tears, please lower tension going forward and take some rest days to fully heal.
Restoration is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s about finding a rhythm that works for your life so you don’t burn out before you reach your goals. Hopefully, seeing how I manage my day-to-day makes the process feel a little less daunting.
