We’ll have to get our measurements that’ll be used every time we make a T-Tape.

Option 1:

Grab a measuring tape and begin by getting the circumference of your fully erect penis, around the circumcision scar. Convert to cm.

Option 2:

Wrap a roll of paper around your fully erect penis. Measure across the top of the paper opening to get the diameter. Use the diameter to get the circumference and convert to cm.

*T-Tape is applied to a fully erect penis. This helps so the penis isn’t restricted by the tape when erect or during nocturnal erections if using while asleep.

Round your measurement to a whole number. Add 2 cm.  Write down this number, it will be the size we cut out for each t-tape application from the roll. Unroll some tape. Each square is one cm.

Going lengthwise, cut out a piece of tape from the measurement we made earlier.

A cut out piece of fast-tape, ready to be folded into a t-tape

This is our starting point for making a T-Tape.

The tape has 3 parts on the peel side: two 1.25cm small peel tabs and one big middle peel tab.

A cut out piece of fast-tape, ready to be folded into a t-tape

First we’ll move the big middle peel, careful to not make any creases.

Removing the middle peel of t-tape

And then we’ll take the bottom tab and bring it up to the top tab by folding along the middle of the tape. We want to try and perfectly align the tabs together.  While pinching the corners of the bottom tab, press your middle fingers against the top tap.

Carefully fold the bottom to the top. Line up the tabs together.

Move your middle fingers off the top tabs and press the tabs together. Taper the bottom area down to adhere the area. Don’t worry if there’s some creases as this part of the t-tape serves as an area to grab onto with a tugger or our T-Tape Topper.

Finally fold the tabs down, for each respective side. We now have our T-Tape.

Tabs folded down, and now a finished t-tape

With enough practice you’ll easily make these in a minute or less!

Before applying T-Tape, make sure to shave any pubic hair from the shaft of the penis under the circumcision scar line. Make sure skin is dry and free of excess oil. Before placing tape, have your penis Fully Erect

*T-Tape is applied to a fully erect penis. This helps so the penis isn’t restricted by the tape when erect or during nocturnal erections if using while asleep.

Remove the peel from the two tabs of the T-Tape. Careful to make sure the tabs don’t adhere to each other.

Removing the peels of the top tabs of a t-tape

The middle between the two tabs will follow along the circumcision scar. Hold the tape like the picture below. The top tab will be on the inner skin of the penis, while the bottom tab will be placed on the outside skin.

How to hold the t-tape before applying to penis

Carefully place one side of both tabs on to the erect penis, aligning the middle of the tape to your circumcision scar. Roll the tape around the penis, tracing the scar. Make sure the tabs don’t stick to each other while doing so.

Finally once a loop is done, you should have some overlap if you followed the sizing guide. We will overlap the starting point just a bit.

Now it is recommended to massage the adhered part of the tape while erect for about 3-10 minutes. We want to make sure the tape is fully adhered to the skin and won’t prematurely come off.

Congrats! Your t-tape is now applied. Now we’ll add some tension to start stretching. This can be done with a bedsheet suspender, or our T-Tape Topper & Tugger Strap combo shown in the section below.

T-Tape will come off naturally after about 3-4 days from the adhesive dissipating. But it can be removed anytime using the methods below.

Take care when removing to prevent any skin tears. After applying one of the methods below, slowly peel off the tape, and then dry off the area and apply coconut oil or body lotion to moisturize the area after removal.

Taking a shower/Bath – While showering/bathing with the T-Tape on (without using the Wet Guard), massage the base tape with some soap.

Isopropyl Alcohol  – Apply to adhesive area at the base of the t-tape. Use a small amount and gently massage into base area.  Alcohol can be substituted with body oil.

Medical Adhesive Remover Wipes – Wipes such as  *these medical wipes can be used to remove the tape in a jiffy. I personally carry some in my kit when on the go.

  • Adhesive Safety: Do not use FasT-Tape if you have adhesive allergies; test a small piece on your forearm first to check for a reaction.

  • Preparation: Shave the area before application. Never apply tape to skin that is irritated, sunburned, or has open cuts or sores.

  • Tension Control: Apply only minimal tension—it should be barely felt. Excess tension can cause extreme itching, micro-tears, or stinging; if discomfort occurs, lower tension or remove immediately.

  • Recovery & Monitoring: Mild swelling may occur after 3 days of wear due to skin occlusion or minor irritation; this typically subsides within 24 hours of removal. If blisters or sores appear, consult a physician.

  • Rest Periods: Take a 24-hour break between applications and maintain skin health by applying coconut oil or a moisturizer.

T-Tape Topper Sizing

The sizes of our T-Tape Toppers are by diameter in mm.

Option 1:

Grab a measuring tape and begin by getting the circumference of your fully erect penis, around the circumcision scar. Get the diameter and convert to mm.

Option 2:

Wrap a roll of paper around your fully erect penis. Measure across the top of the paper opening to get the diameter. Convert to mm.

Pick a size down closest to our available topper options if your size is not present: [35mm, 37mm, 39mm, 42mm, 44mm, 46mm, 48mm, 51mm]

The tape fabric will attach to the top of the Topper once secured with a rubber band.

Unassembled T-Tape Topper. Two parts: The lid and the base

The topper comes in five parts:

  • The lid
  • The base
Two sets of:
  • 1 big rubberband
  • 2 small rubberbands

Take the lid and apply one small rubberband to one side of the open slit, and stretch it to the one across. Do the same for the next small rubberband.

Take the lid and screw it onto the base.

The Topper is now ready to be applied to the T-Tape.

Put the topper into the opening of the t-tape, base side in. The base of the topper has a groove. Align the groove a bit under the top of the t-tape.

Take the big rubberband and put it around the outside of the tape into the groove of the topper base. Fold the rubberband and apply twice if needed.

Now we can add some tension. With the Tugger Strap clip the claw onto the middle intersection of the lid rubberbands.

With the Tugger Strap, there are a plethora of ways and positions to add tension. We can clip the end to a knee brace, over our shoulder or down our leg. My recommendation is with the penis sticking out of a comfortable pair of boxers, take the end of the tugger and clip it around the waistband of the boxers.

T-Tape and tugger being worn by sticking out of boxers. It is being tugged by the tugger strap

With pants on this makes a perfect discreet way of tugging. I’m able to even sleep comfortably with this method.

To adjust tension, either adjust where the clip is placed or adjust and move the buckle to loosen the tugger.

To use the restroom, use the buckle to loosen tension and unscrew the lid from the base. DO NOT PUSH PENIS FULLY THROUGH TOPPER.

Remember that you should only use as much tension to the point where you can barely feel it and there’s no pain or discomfort.

Happy tugging!

  • Tension Control: Apply only minimal tension—it should be barely felt. Excess tension can cause extreme itching, micro-tears, or stinging; if discomfort occurs, lower tension or remove immediately.

  • WARNING: To avoid the risk of entrapment or injury, DO NOT insert the penis through the T-Tape topper.

To increase the duration of using a single T-Tape application, apply the Wet Guard.

With the T-Tape on and your penis fully erect, slip on the Wet Guard, making sure to stretch past the T-Tape.

Recommended to apply before showering or doing any sweat producing activites.

Note that the Wet Guard will naturally lose durability over time. If you start noticing the bottom of the T-Tape getting wet after a shower, it is recommended to replace the Wet Guard.

The T-Tape Wet Guard is made of 100% silicone and contains no latex.
